I refer John to all of my clients who are buying a home. He is professional, punctual, energetic and takes great care to objectively explain what he sees to the home Buyers. I hired John as recommended by my agent and he definitely went above and beyond during the inspection. He answered any and all of my questions during his inspection. His final report was very thorough and descriptive with pictures. He was on time and friendly and incredibly affordable. I'm also on a VA loan, so the house standards are required to be nearly pristine. He definitely will be getting my recommendations and my service in the future.

He missed crucial roof issues that our contractor mentioned. Obviously roof abnormalities that he said the inspector should have caught. We also had an adjuster come out and said the same thing. He said this roof has had issues way longer then the 11 months we've lived in this home. I have pictures to prove that this roof was not up to standards since last year. I am very stressed about this and he denies that the roof had any issues. I will be checking into all legal options.
