Fast, fair and good, friendly service. I went to three other flooring stores and these guys had the right carpet for just the right price. Save yourself some time and just come straight to these guys. I had them install two rooms and just had them do a third today. Highly recommend!

I dealt with Jeff. Very responsive. Professional and got the job done in a timely manner. When calling around, I was surprised how many places would not help with moving my furniture. Jeff coordinated movers for me who were also responsive and professional.

I had a fantastic experience at Western Carpet. I had already been to Carpet Liquidators, where I was quoted $816 to recarpet roughly 150 sq ft bedroom with a carpet that cost $1.59 per sq ft. I then went to Flynn's and was originally given a quote for the same price carpet for $963, and then they offered to price match CL's. I went to Western Carpet Center to round out 3 quotes and kind of hail mary in hopes that the industry standard cost for recarpeting a single small bedroom was not close to $1000.
