This evening, I was just looking and a very nice lady helped me. She adjusted and cleaned my glasses while I browsed and gave me her honest opinion on new frames. I will be back when I'm ready to purchase due to her wonderful CS and the cute frames

I had a great experience at Walmart Vision Center recently. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly and helpful. They took the time to assist me in finding the perfect frames, and the selection was really good. Overall, I’m very happy with my visit and highly recommend them.

I really like this center. Good selection of frames(different price categories). Secondly, very friendly staff, always help with choosing, repairing and adjusting. Thirdly, today they helped my daughter urgently make glasses (she broke her only ones). They picked out a new frame for the old lenses and it turned out quickly, inexpensively and nicely.Great job!

Walmart Vision/Optical has a very knowledgeable staff. EJ, Kiaria and Rob are great! Each of them are helpful and their customer service skills are great. Insurance is accepted there and even the one time after cataract surgery Medicare can be processed by them. The Vision Center offers regular lenses as well as Nikon lenses. I got to them for their excellent customer service, wide selection of frames, discounting on multiple pairs and Nikon lenses. A huge thanks to each of them for all their help!

I had to come to the Walmart Vision Center in Lynnwood multiple times because my prescription was not correct. During my multiple visits I was helped by Divya, Jessica, and Jean, and these ladies are amazing at customer service. I received very friendly, prompt, and professional service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their prescription filled at this location. Additionally, not having any insurance, I appreciate Walmart’s price for progressive lenses.

The staff were very helpful in getting everything set up for me and my wife to have new glasses made. Later, when I had a problem with the clarity, the optician named Paul went above and beyond to make sure my glasses were fixed and that my costs were kept down. I went back later to adjust the fitting and both people that helped me were patient, professional, and positive. I don't often leave great reviews but this lens shop in Walmart is top notch.
