Quick with responses, care about what her client wants, and is definitely experienced and educated on what the type of hair can take/can do (bleaching, color, tone)= basically, she's real. I also received a free haircut. It was nice of Vivian to take the initiative and gave recommendations on the type of haircut I should get to suit my hair type, how to be shaped etc. Friendly, easy to talk to, reliable, and trustworthy. i've gotten my hair done with vivian 3x now and every time she does absolutely amazing. she is so sweet and talented and I trust her with my hair. the first time she dyed it she also gave me a free haircut which was much needed! i will continue to go to her when I need/seek new coloring. her pricing is definitely worth it as well! @pricelessplatinumprincess is her instagram page!Services: Balayage
