I thought I was going in here to get a whole battery replacement, but Sebastian saved the day and told me it was some debris in the charging port. I was there for maybe 10 minutes and they fixed the charging problem, installed a new screen protector, and cleaned and sanitized my phone. This was a wonderful experience. If you have phone issues, of any type, go here!!

Was serviced by technician Zeke for a cell phone screen replacement. He explained the fee for the service, any risks regarding the repair, and did it quickly - under 1 hour. I would recommend the Alderwood branch of ubreakifix to anyone needing gadget service. (They were also the least expensive of three services I asked for quotes in the area).
