I was approached by an employee of this salon while standing inside the HMart Lynnwood mall after purchasing pastries from Le Bon Bakery — something I do several times a week. I had only been there for about five minutes, deciding what to do next, when the employee confronted me and accused me of loitering.
Despite me clearly explaining that I had just made a purchase and visit the mall regularly, they insisted I leave the premises. It was a bizarre and uncomfortable interaction — completely unwarranted and hostile.
After reporting this to HMart customer service, I learned that this same employee has apparently harassed other shoppers as well and even unplugged the Pokémon vending machine in the mall, placing their own signage on it to deter people from using it.
This is not the kind of behavior anyone should experience while visiting a public shopping area. I hope mall management takes this seriously, as it’s damaging to the community and businesses alike.
If anyone still chooses to support this salon, just know that they discriminate against people for simply existing in the shared mall space.

Don't go here. I went there for a root touch up. At the end, my roots were a different color than the rest of my hair and not matching. The person washing my hair was so aggressive, it was painful and it felt she was clawing my head. Look at the picture, you can see a piece of my skin next to my ear is gone. It also was not sanitary. Using the same brush on people's head, not changing gloves between services. It was overall an awful, traumatizing experience.

My mom, sister, and I have been going to this salon since I was in high school, which is a long time ago! We love getting our hair done by the owner who does a fabulous job. She is very consistent in her skills and I always get compliments when I get my hair done! Whether it is a cut, color, or perm, I highly recommend getting your hair done by the ladies at this salon. Thank you for your excellent work!

This hair salon is the most unpleasant place I have ever been. I asked the lady who washed my hair to be a bit more gentle. Then she went so rude to me saying it took so much water to wash my hair. Also, super grumpy about her job. What kind of place is like this?!

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Absolutely the worst hair cut I’ve ever had. She only spent 10 minutes cutting my hair and charged $60!!!! Can you believe that? When I asked for more layers, she pointed at the hair on the ground and said she’d already done so. What a RIPOFF!
