From the fast digitized bid with graphics, till the end of the job, I will say that this is one of the most professional, hard-working, craftsman deck builders in the area. The bid came in comparable to other bids that I had received, but RTI offered more than the others that I’d called. They arrived as scheduled each day on time and made parking accommodations as needed so that we could get our vehicles in and out of our driveway. The crew were friendly and hard working during the challenging weather, and built a beautiful deck on a challenging slope. We chose RTI Services to replace the front deck and stairs with composite and aluminum railings and resurfaced the rear in cedar. The RTI crew went above and beyond to get the job done which exceeded or expectations. I highly recommend RTI Services!
