We recently used RTI to build a new deck and cover, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience and the result! The team did a great job. From the beginning, communication was a breeze. TJ was always prompt in responding to our inquiries. His cooperative attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We planned to have the deck at the corner of the house which make it a bit challenged for the deck cover. TJ was open to our ideas and offered valuable suggestions that improved the final design. Additionally, his quote was very reasonable. Besides that the onsite crew did high-quality work, paying close attention to detail and craftsmanship. We recently had our old wood deck removed and a composite deck built by RTI Services. From the estimate ,to the walk through at the end the process , it was completely flawless. The entire crew was prompt, courteous and professional . The quality of work is amazing. We were blown away! The price was very competitive and an outstanding value for the work performed. I used RTI Services to replace my 20 year old deck that was falling apart with a new composite deck. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about my options and helped me select a great fit for our house for a reasonable price.
