Count me in as one more extremely satisfied customer of Vanessa at Rooted Salon. What sets her apart is that she TRULY listens and TRULY cares about getting it right, what you say you want. I'm kind of terrible at describing what I want, and recently I've been growing out a short shaggy/mullet cut with so many weird layers, and she worked magic on working with the existing lengths to create a sort of faux-bob that is exactly what I was hoping for and didn't know how to describe. She really works with you to make sure she understands what end result you want and also provides a lot of great practical tips and insight for styling and ongoing care. Thank you, Vanessa!
Vanessa takes such good care of my hair!! I always am hesitant about seeing new stylists because not everyone knows how to work with my hair texture but she does a great job :) Super thorough explanations of how to maintain curls and quality hair/scalp health.
Super great salon experience. I felt heard and seen as soon as we started the appointment. Vanessa was super knowledgeable and walked me through every step. I got a gorgeous haircut and my hair glossed for the first time! I’ll definitely be back!
