I like the salon environment — Rachel and her staff are nice and friendly. I had my first hair coloring with Rachel in March. Although I spent over $300, the result wasn’t exactly what I expected, but I still liked the overall color and style. During my second appointment, I showed her some reference photos and we discussed the color I wanted. However, after the coloring was done, my gray hairs were still clearly visible. When I asked her about it, she said she had explained this to me before and that I had agreed to leave my gray hair uncovered! and that it was just a misunderstanding in communication! I’m not sure who goes to a salon expecting to come home with their gray hair still showing after a full color service, but unfortunately, that’s what happened to me.
She charged me $450 for a full foil and haircut, and told me I would need to come back again to get my roots done to cover the grays — which was really disappointing . I never come back to her salon again and prefer to go somewhere else , where it’s easier to explain what I want — even though English is my second language — and where I don’t end up losing both money and confidence !

The Salon is 5 star all the way. They absolutely LOVE what they do and it shows. Classy and excellent stylists with great communication skills. I love going to my stylist, and have been for 10+ years.

I absolutely loved my first visit here! The interior is so cute and modern. Fun little stuff you can buy. Hailey did my toner and blowdry and she was just amazing! She listened to what I wanted and knew exactly what to do. My color came out perfectly. Also, I was able to book last minute which was a LIFE SAVER. Overall, 10/10 and would come back here!

I spent over $300 with this I got a perm right before a wedding a wedding that was taking place in Arizona three days after my perm while I was in Arizona there was no perm left my hair was completely straight had several text messages called the salon they agreed that once I came back into town that they would redo the perm at no cost to me otherwise all they could do was refund me $30 of my 300 plus dollars I spent this place is a complete rip-off I will be taking them to small claims court they ruined my wedding pictures and now are telling me I need to pay for the perm again absolutely unreasonable I could not understand for the life of them why this would be upsetting to me and they've decided because I'm upset that they do not want to work on my hair whatever you do stay away from this place

Rachel is amazing! Her salon is very welcoming, relaxing, always has the cutest clothes for me to shop after my appointment, and the most professional staff. She has made my blonde era, brunette era, red era, tape in era, under cut era, dreams all come true, the past 10 + years. She truly does it all. She is the hardest worker I know, and goes the extra mile always! I highly recommend her and her salon! ❤️

Just moved to the area from out of state and..... I'm sooo happy that I found Rachel & her salon! As a new customer, she set aside quite a bit of time to include a consultation & to nurture the process. Not only did she do an amazing job coloring/grey blending my hair, but she is such a joy to be around. She & Katie, another lovely hairstylist, made me feel right at home coupled with the salon's super cozy atmosphere. I'll definitely be coming back! Thanks again beautiful ladies!!
