It's been a pleasure working with Keith as the project manager for the reroofing. Smooth communication using modern tools from signing to payment, clear dates and expectations, great supervision giving me peace of mind that the quality is ensured, especially when my project involved replacing damaged sections. Also, having the safety hooks installed on the roof is a nice surprise that my roof cleaning contractors will sure appreciate :)

This is my second time working with Pinnacle, and I am very satisfied. I bought my house 25 years ago and it had a new shake roof. 10 years ago I had another contractor over to look at the roof and he said it was old and needed replacement. I was obviously skeptical so I called Pinnacle. Keith said my roof was fine just needed some modest repairs. They have held for over 15 years and I called him again to ask if I needed a new roof and Keith once again said some modest repairs would be more than sufficient. At the same time I had them replace two skylights. The team did an amazing job on everything — they were timely, accurate, neat and polite.
