On Feb 7, 2026, I went to Macy's located in Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood, WA, to pick up previously ordered items. The items were not as expected. Assistant Manager Tara(sorry, I did not get a surname)provided outstanding customer service in expediting a total refund of the purchase price. Tara turned what could have been a negative experience into one with a positive outcome. Tara's handling of the situation was a lesson in customer service.
