I AM 70% DEAF AND WEAR HEARING AIDS. I have had to be very explicit and show them to almost everyone o explain that they need to speak slowly and clearly. It doesn't mean I have earbuds in and am dismissing you. I'm not rude, I'm disabled.

Twice today I was at this place to have a very expensive custom manicure for my 30th reunion this weekend. $200 easily. The first time, the girl was micro touching the seat adjustment so much I asked her to stop. After 2 seconds, she would start again. I had to get up after 6 times saying STOP THAT NOW. And getting up and leaving. STOP and NO are complete sentences.

Wasn’t the best I have had the girl looked like she didn’t want to be there, didn’t really get the massage I’m use to at other places, they were nice but probably won’t go back

Very nice job. My Neil's turned out even better than I expected. I would recommend. And they are actually nice to their customers, unlike most mail salons. The facilities could be a bit cleaner but other than that, it was a good experience.
