Their price is very competitive comparing to other competitors and their construction speed is much faster due to them investing back into their business for heavy equipment such as excavators that they don't charge extra for where as other contractors may charge machinery rental + hours. They are extremely cooperative for little details and gladly go the extra mile to please their customers within reason for small asks without trying to nickel and dime you as they are quite busy with projects lined up.
