The work was completed within two days of accepting the contract, was done professionally and the area looks beautiful. This is the second job I have contracted with JG Landscaping Design in Snohomish and strongly recommend them for landscaping and yard care.Services: Sod installation“

2366 Eastlake Ave E # 206, Seattle“We have been singing the praises Pacifica Landscapes since they started our work on our landscaping project, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who seeks landscape work now that our project is beautifully done. The owner, Baxter, is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. His project team really listened to us and respected all our questions and ideas. The workers who did the physical labor were kind, did a great job of keeping the site clear at the end of each day, and of communicating their schedule changes when and if they came up. The work was done beautifully, and took less time than we would have thought for such meticulous work.We felt we were in capable hands throughout, the entire group were great communicators, and the work has been admired daily by ourselves and all our neighbors, who can't stop gushing about how great it all looks. We can't believe this is OUR YARD. Thanks Baxter and team for all your hard work!“

6410 Phinney Ave N, Seattle“We would heartily recommend True Scape Design. They know what they are doing. We had a major retaining wall project installed, as well as a new fence, patio and plantings in our backyard. There were so many moving parts in our complicated project and True Scape was instrumental in making the parts work together. From filing and navigating the arduous city permit process, coordinating subcontractors, installing the new fence and landscaping, keeping us in the loop and minding the budget—True Scape was excellent. Additionally, they were invaluable in communicating with all the neighbors about what the project would entail and how long it would take and assuaging their concerns.Additionally, during the project they were willing to pause to discuss a few design elements that were hard to foresee, and work with us to tweak the plans to make a better end result. The crew showed up every day, rain or shine, and they were neat and tidy and left the job site in good shape during the two-month project. We would work with them again.“

6407 17th Ave NW #1, Seattle“Our lawn looks amazing--without chemicals! Alan persuaded us to try his natural, organic fertilizer which is completely safe for pets, children and wildlife--all I can say is wow! This is our second year on his program and our lawn has completely filled in and crowded out the weeds even where it's shady. I never wanted to use fertilizer before now because of environmental concerns but having tried his plan we are sold!“

2038 9th St W, Kirkland“The skilled gardeners at Environmental Construction Inc. care about plants. When they pruned shrubs and hedges for me in January-February, they carefully selected branches to remove or trim, always striving for a natural look. "Good pruning is essentially invisible," to quote a garden book. Previous landscapers used hedge trimmers to give everything a buzz cut. The lead designer made suggestions on creating a privacy screen for us. Trees were planted and staked. We are very pleased with the look. The yard was raked clean of overgrown material and mulch was spread over all garden areas. Besides looking great, I know plants are going to be happy and grow well spring and summer. A great company to work with.“

Jerry the owner is easy to contact, and is responsive for scheduling irrigation break downs, and any meetings we as an Association are in need of. Luise and his staff are very professional, dependable, and friendly. They give great care to our grounds , and are mindful of the surrounding homes each week. They also understand the needs of every Association are quite different, and take note to the particular needs. 2366 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle“A few months ago we had Lucinda design our front yard and it is probably one of the best investments I've made on our house to date. I have been curating the plants and hardscape for this for several months now (DIY) and I continue to be impressed with how she designed everything and the selection of plants she chose. In regards to plant choices she gave us unique selections based on color, plant placement, and the varieties of each plant are amazing - she took great care to incorporate the best varieties of each plant so as to pick easy to grow types with disease resistance. I have had multiple nursery leads tell me the list Lucinda put together is nothing short of amazing. She has also been great when we have last minute questions as we go through the build of our projects.Service: Garden design“

“After getting multiple quotes from different companies in the area, Dave was in line with all the other quotes. What drew me to him was the use of non-toxic weed killer solution (vinegar), his willingness to do the full maintenance of my yard (weeding, bush trimming, mowing, edging) without a one time cleanup fee. Most quotes I got required me to pay for a one time cleanup (weeding, trimming) before they would put me on their maintenance plan, which seemed shady to me. So far I am very happy with his services that I have him do some work at my parents yard too.“

11811 32nd Ave NE, Seattle“I have some bamboo that is out of control and needs immediate removal and George took the time to explain to me the various processes and gave me great advice on how best to move forward...I was so overwhelmed w/my bamboo jumping to a neighbor's yard, etc., and George reassured me on the best way to proceed. I am so grateful to have gotten good advice from a knowledgeable resource. George even suggested methods which didn't involve Cascade Gardens' services until later in the process, which was refreshing...I was getting good advice instead of just marketing. Thanks George! I will absolutely use Cascade Gardens and recommend them to anyone looking to remove their bamboo!“
“Pleased with the work they've done, though there are a few small quibbles I could bring up, and since they asked for a review, I'll give my honest thoughts below. If you're wanting the short version: Solid work at a good price, though some small issues with organizing the work did come up.Cleaning up the yard and replanting went great, the work was done promptly (at the time they said they'd be here), and took a reasonable amount of time. There were a few details which were overlooked (the plants in these photos still had tags on them even once put into the ground); not a deal breaker, but not perfect either. The only real criticism I could give would be that it seemed like my project was something they were less experienced with, as shown by plant sourcing and transparency at certain points. For my project I was wanting some specific native plants (which I had made sure were vaguely available from local plant nurseries), but an issue came up shortly before the replanting work where I had to help source some of the plants (some places just didn't have enough readily available). Which happens - I'm hardly an expert who knows if that's reasonable - but it is something that I had figured was handled since this issue didn't come up until time was a factor.Am I happy? AbsolutelyDo I think there could have been improvements in how the project was handled? YesAm I an expert whose opinion matters? Not really“
“Hi, I'm not a direct client of yours. I did want to pass on a favorable experience with one of your staff. I didn't get his name, he was a redhead who is 5 ft 5 in. tall. He went out of his way to assist me, congrats to him. It's good to know there are helpful people out there, who stop to help someone in need. Sincerely yours, thanks Dawn Elizabeth“
“I highly recommend A & J Retaining Walls. My retaining wall is beautiful. I absolutely love it. I had asked a neighbor for their phone number because I watched their wall be built and saw the excellent workmanship. I was given a quote by Jas and advised what needed to be done before the job started. He advised me on what day the job would begin. I was kept informed by the men who built my retaining wall. All the debris in my yard was taken away on the last day. My driveway was cleaned up and looked so nice when they were done. I was given excellent service.“
