“Jas and his team did a great job from start to finish. I had him take apart and rebuild the last ~15 feet of my retaining wall. It was not well built originally and was sagging near a slope at the rear of my property and putting pressure on the fence posts (5 had already broken and had to be replaced after the wall was fixed).

The great service started with the initial quote and inspection where Jas was the only one out of several bids to use a soil probe to test if/where the soil was hard enough. He was also the only one to recommend digging deep enough to get to the harder soil and adding 1-2 layers of concrete blocks to better reinforce the wall. As several have said, the crew was professional and efficient. They were able to finish the job in less than one day. And to top it all off, the price was very fair. I'd happily hire him again for any future work.“

“Thomas and the team at Wu Construction helped me with some crawl space drainage and downspout work on my home. They installed a sump pump, replaced and installed a new vapor barrier, replaced heat duct insulation, installed a new access door and hatch for our crawl space, and also extended/improved the run-off path for two of our downspouts. “We have entrusted JJ’s Landscaping and Irrigation to complete two large projects, and each time the results have exceeded our expectations.

The first project involved installing a new sprinkler system, 6,000sq of sod, and planting hedges — all were completed with great care and efficiency. More recently, JJ and his team tackled a much larger job spanning across two+ acres, which included clearing dense blackberry brush and an old hay field, re-grading the driveway, laying bark, building a new flower bed, trimming trees and shrubs, and refreshing the flower beds around our home. “Berg's landscaping did a full renovation of our front yard in the Seattle area in December 2024 including demo of the existing plants and grass, and re-install of synthetic turf, a large paver patio, and new plants.

The results are beautiful, the install was exceptionally well done - we love it. The install team had a few quirky things to work around including re-welding an existing railing to work with our new patio - they just fixed it without even bugging us about it. You can tell the team takes great pride in their work.
