The personal training program is highly praised for its effectiveness, with trainers like Monica and Ismail being recognized for their focus on individual form, positive encouragement, and support. Members report feeling motivated and seeing real benefits from their workouts, thanks to the helpful staff and the variety of amenities offered. The front desk team, including Jesus, provides outstanding service, making first visits easy and welcoming. Overall, LA Fitness is a well-rounded, friendly place for fitness training and exercise.
I absolutely love this gym! The facility is always exceptionally clean, and the entire staff is incredibly welcoming every single time you walk through the door. Mark always greets you with a smile, and Jesus provides top-tier customer service. The manager, Beautiful, is so uplifting and truly sets an amazing tone for the whole place.
The coaching here is also unmatched—Monica is a phenomenal, highly knowledgeable trainer, and Madeleine is such a great Pilates coach who will absolutely put you through a fantastic workout! Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a clean, supportive, and motivating fitness community.
A nice facility but the equipment is a little run down, and the floors are unkempt on the weekends. The locker room etiquette is poor, particularly around lunchtime when the loud political talk of a few regulars in the sauna becomes offensive. I've seen people walk out rather than be pushed any further. It's getting to be a social problem at that time of day, unfortunately.
Excellent facility, very clean and a lot of equipment. It was VERY busy and yet still plenty of open space and equipment/machines available. Id recommend talking to Mark for membership details. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave me a deal on the membership. Thanks again!
