From the moment I stepped in their Lynnwood office I noticed something was wrong. I was about to start filling out forms when I asked if I was gonna see a doctor. A guys started going around the bushes. I asked give me a yes or a no! Still couldn't get the no out of him. I was about to pay $200 for nothing. I scheduled an appointment directly with the supposed doctor, then I called to confirm appt. Unfortunately I can't recommend this shady business. Hopefully sharing my personal experience will make this clinic more professional and take patients seriously. I wouldn't go back to this place even if the whole treatment was free. New patients look for a more reliable place. I geve then benefit of the doubt, just be be disappointed.

Dana is amazing! She is highly knowledgeable about hormones and has a desire to help people life their best life. Her specialty is focusing on women dealing with perimenopause and post-menopausal issues, but she also has the knowledge to help men with their issues. Not only does she take the time to really listen, she is very observant, which helps diagnose health issues. She thoughtfully prescribes not only medical help, but also lifestyle changes. I appreciate that when prescribing semaglutide, she also sent photos of protein drinks she recommended. I highly recommend Dana to anyone who is struggling with hormone disorders or weight issues.

This place is an absolute scam from yhe word go. First visit I haven't even seen the doctor yet to tell if I'm even eligible for the weight loss meds and Moe the front desk guy comes in and shakes me down for $1199.00. I say well shouldn't we wait until I see what the doc says ? No he says you will be accepted hmm red flag. Then Moe takes my credit card makes a photo copy of it and then weeks later says I never gave it to him. So basically he lost my CC info, which wouldn't be hard to do since their secured filing system is an open table in plan view of anyone walking by. AVOID THIS PLACE ITS A WALLET DRAINER . I NOW GO TO A REPUTABLE PLACE THAT CHARGES A FRACTION OF THE PRICE FOR BETTRR WEIGHT LOSS MEDS.

Very unethical company. Required a 199.00 deposit to book initial visit. Called day before appointment to reschedule. Again called day before next appointment to reschedule again. I told them never mind I will go elsewhere. Won't return calls or texts for my refund. Had to submit dispute with CC company. Informed my referring doctor of this issue and recommended to reconsider additional referrals.

Complete scam. They took 2500 and sent me ZERO medication. It’s been a year of me emailing and calling, no one ever answers. No one returns my voicemail or email.Finally got ahold of someone today AFTER A YEAR, and they told me “they’d look into it” and call me back… That was 5 hours ago. Expect to lose your money, there are nothing but a scam.
