Kim Schuyler-White is simply amazing for pelvic floor therapy. She took time to show me pelvic exercises after I’ve had two pretty rough births. She not only taught me exercises to strengthen my pelvic floor, but she also taught me deep breathing techniques, back/arm/leg strengthening exercises and gentle cardio moves. These are all helping me transition back to my old self pre-pregnancy in a slow and effective manner. I’m feeling human again thanks to Kim. Her smile and kindness was a light in my dark “fourth trimester”!
