Last week I scheduled an appointment with Heavenly Nails over the phone for my sister and myself to get a mani/pedi, and eyebrows done. This is the first time since moving to the Seattle area (a year and a half ago) that I was doing this for myself. I was bowled over in such a good way by the customer service that I received from making the appointment over the phone to walking in the salon. Excellent service and the cost is reasonable! The women who serviced us were Holly and Katie from start to finish. Very professional and courteous! Thank you Heavenly Nails! Came here with my friend who was visiting from Bellevue, since I had good memories of this place but was pretty disappointed at the service I received. I got Regular Pedicure with Regular polish in White since I will be traveling to a warm place end of this week... I told my technician that I like my cuticles cut to short and when she paints I want them to paint as close to the cuticle line. She didn't speak much English so I got a help from one of the other technicians to translate it for me. Outcome is attached.Wish it was more clean and wish she worked on my surface to make my nail look more even;

I’ve been going to this place for the past 2 years. Danny has mastered the chrome look and nobody else has compared. He’s detailed and quick and reception is always nice and awesome. They’re very accommodating :)

This is only my second time getting my nails done, I went in for a fill. Maybe I'm just a wimp and this is how things usually are when getting nails done. The man who did my nails was really rough and aggressive. The filing hurt several times and when I said it hurt he would pause before just continuing to file in the same spot. He filed several nails so crooked that he was filing into the side of my nail bed and it was painful. It was as if he wanted my nails to be smaller than they actually are. He also didn't use words to give me directions but tapped the lamp or jerked my hand like he was annoyed instead. When he got gel on my skin he used a nail file to get it off. He used his fingernails to push my skin back. I got in my car and cried. My nails hurt, the skin around my nails hurts. I'm still giving 3 stars because my mom said she had a nice experience, so maybe it was just this one person.

My boyfriend surprised me with a pedicure here as one of his date ideas for the date day he planned out ? we got the signature pedicure and the whole experience was so relaxing! My feet and legs were so soft after and they did a great job with my color as well. 10/10 would come again!
