Everyone was so kind from the check-in process, during the haircut, and while collecting payment. I appreciate that there is the option to keep notes on what haircut I received. This made getting the same one the next time so easy. I appreciate the consistency. Would highly recommend!

Meg at great clips cut my hair, and not only did it look great as I was leaving, it grew out really well too. Customer service is also really solid. You cannot beat the price either, especially as things are getting more expensive.

I was pleased with my haircut. It was fast, possibly because I get it cut biweekly, and neat. I am in my 80th year and do not have a lot of hair and I expected there to be a senior discount but there was no mention of it. Is that an option in the Seattle area?
