Super quick and professional from start to finish! Our hardwood floors probably hadn't been touched up in 20+ years. They were scuffed and worn out, but now they look brand new. The new baseboards were installed very nicely as well. We also really appreciated how communicative Daniel was and made the process easy to understand. Super happy with the results and highly recommend!

I hired Genuine Flooring LLC to refinish hardwood floors in a Snohomish home I'm helping prepare for the market. I worked with Daniel and found him to be an excellent communicator and a professional throughout the process. Part way through the work, we had an unforeseen issue that required us to delay the completion of the hardwood refinishing to the following week. Daniel kindly adjusted his schedule and accommodated the change in plans with ease. The quality of work is excellent. The hardwoods look beautiful and there's zero evidence of the once badly damaged 4 ft x 4 ft area in the kitchen.
