The atmosphere is welcoming, and the care by the doctor, hygienist, and team is thorough. Patients feel no pain during appointments, and teeth are perfectly polished. The staff is considerate with anxious patients, carefully examining teeth and x-rays. They are always kind, accommodating, and great at explaining how to improve teeth and gums. The team is willing to explain all options available with attention to details. Scheduling is quick, with appointments scheduled within days. The check-in process is quick and smooth, with insurance details already figured out. Cleaning technicians are thorough and explain the process with patience. Overall, it is a smooth and quick dental visit.
I got my last 3 wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Amini and his team here at gentle dental yesterday. The entire process was well informed and smooth. I had the worst experience elsewhere for one lower wisdom and I had also had some interpersonal loss and grief just a couple days before my appointment. I was also very apprehensive about being sedated for the first time. All that to say, the incredible care they provided snd professional job they performed was something that really meant a lot to me. We came in ready to cancel our contract because the palatal expander was too tough on my son. But the provider was so humble, patient, and took incredible care of him. She educated him gently and completely changed our minds. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a patient here for many years but their current team, particularly Julie as my hygienist, were exceptionally nice. The atmosphere was welcoming and the care by the doctor, hygienist, and team was thorough. I did not feel any pain during my appointment and my teeth were perfectly polished! I get anxious about cavities and they were extremely considerate and carefully examined my teeth and x-rays to confirm I was good to go. :) Highly recommend!
