The gentleman — and, as I understood, his wife — were both extremely helpful and took their time to explain everything clearly.

This review is long overdue. I've purchased about four or five pairs of glasses from Eleven Optical over the past few years. The only time I don't replace them is when my prescription doesn't require it.
The store offers a wide assortment of frames that are both comfortable and attractive on Asian features. I have a high prescription and appreciate the variety of quality, high-index lenses offered. The shop owner is communicative and kind. If needed, he supports you through the selection process in a practical and helpful way. Turnaround time for my glasses has always been great.
They offer amazing prices and take the time to explain everything clearly. Whenever we have an issue with our glasses, they provide kind consultation and always resolve it well. My whole family is very satisfied. They also recommend stylish frames that perfectly match our face shape, all at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended--simply the best!
