Brian was strongly recommended to me by a coworker. Brian is his realtor, and longtime friend. I am a first time home buyer that has a lot of questions and anxiety. Brian has clearly laid out the process of home buying to me. Throughout the home buying process I learned a lot, which is invaluealbe. Communication is very clear throughout every step. I did not feel pressure at any time to buy a place that wasn't 100% right for me. Brian is very passionate about what he does. When the time is right I am looking forward to working with Brian again!

Brian Hayter, a realtor with Windermere has located two homes for us in the Seattle area in the past 5 years. The first one was a small townhome in West Seattle. We trusted Brian so much that we bought it without seeing it while living in Charlotte NC.Unfortunately, we were not able to use the small townhouse so we rent it out full time. It has appreciated in value significantly.We decided we wanted to move back to the Seattle area after my husband retires by year end. Brian got to work over the past year trying to find the right house within our budget. A house in Snohomish came on the market the end of January.
