Aranka genuinely cares about people and ensures that they find the home they will love. It does a lot of research, She showed us many houses, and kept with us until the very end of the process. Instead of pressuring us to buy a house, she was helping us understand the merits and demerits of each house we say and explained how a house may or may not work for us. We were working with a moderate budget (for Washington) but we wanted a lot. She helped us find the right now, she did a lot of homework, if we worked alone it would’ve taken us multiple years or multiple bad decisions before we could actually find something that worked for us.
