First visit with Rachel, and I've already decided I'll be back. I love being able to give vague ideas to someone who knows what they're doing and trust that I'll be happy with what they come up with. For me, it was a basic wash and cut, but I talked about my lifestyle and how I don't have a lot of time to fuss with my hair, and she made sure to give me something that would be easy to style (honestly, I wash my hair and let it air dry and it looks great). She was a joy to work with, knowledgable, and so nice. I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. Looking forward to visiting again!
