Duy is the best - I remember him from helping with my mother's house and was delighted to see him again!!!!! He came out to take care of a potential yellow jacket nest. He explained why and reassured me that since I was no longer seeing them that they had died off or moved on! He also suggested that I have my "habitat" trees cut down, they are too close to the house. Yes, the birds love them because they are a host to many insects, too many to be that close to the house. Thank you for the suggestion and reassurance that the arborist can cut them down without disturbing the hornets!
Shawn was so professional and knowledgeable, not only about the exterior ant problem I had, but about rodents too. I have not seen any ants that were partying on my deck since he left. I would definitely use AARD again, not just because of Shawn and the excellent results, but also the friendly and helpful way I was treated by the woman who set up the appointment.
I called AARD because my other routine service pest control companies could not quickly respond regarding a rodent problem at the property which was reported to me by the tenants. AARD was very friendly, informative and communicative right off the bat and they were able to come out the next day and evaluate the problem. I was very pleased with the experience, hope to use them again, and would recommend to others.
