I hired Matt and the wonderful care team he put into place, after a terrible experience with Bright Star. Matt came to our families rescue, listening to our concerns and made our lives easier in a very stressful situation with my Great Aunt whom had chronic illness and dementia requiring 24/7 care. Communication was wonderful. The staff was amazing, kind and compassionate and very supportive until the end of her life. I can’t recommend them enough!

We were able to receive wonderful in home help through Take My Hand At-Home Care. Matt and the caregiver were so compassionate and accommodating to what we needed. It was comforting to have the extra support brought in to help Mom while local family were out of town. Thankful for the personal care that was given.

I have had the pleasure of working with Take my Hand for the past 3 years as it relates to care for my mom . My experience has been very positive. At the beginning of this journey it took patience to find the “right fit” for her. Take My Hand was always willing to make adjustments and listen to my concerns if I/we didn’t feel the right dynamic was in place. When a parent has been independent for so long and transitions into a stage of dependency it takes time and many tweaks to establish a smooth rhythm of care.
