I was having a problem with my 2019 Ford Edge missing or hesitating. I took it over to Geraldo Moreno, he had my car for about 6 hours last Friday, the 10th of October. He went above and beyond, my car is running perfect! No one else could figure out the problem including Ford. Him and his team do an amazing job. They are honest and professional. I highly recommend their services.
If I could give more stars I would! Gerardo was amazing ? very good communication, easy to work with, and quick to help with a time sensitive repair!!! I came all the way from Bellingham and don't plan on using anyone else in the future! Highly recommended ?
This is long over due, but I had initially made a negative review on customer service. However, they called us back and we worked things out. I really appreciate this effort and have a new outlook on their customer service. Although our car has repairs beyond an easy fix, they were really honest and willing to help us tow it to another location to see what else could be done. Thank you for your help! And we apologize for not updating our experience sooner!
