At first I was nervous about getting my hearing tested but I was put at ease and made to feel comfortable. They took the time to explain the test and make me feel less anxious. When it was over, the reassurance, explanation and plan moving forward was done with expertise, care and I left feeling optimistic and with confidence that my hearing needs were met.
Tracy was and is a ammazzing person. So far I've cried twice with her in helping me with my hearing and screaming of ears. She so connected with how one feels and what there going through. She is so positive and full of hope. I think she is great and can't wait to work with her more. Thank you for being caring and overall a loving soul
