So glad I found this place! Almost 100lbs down in 6 months! They have helped me a lot and have very friendly employees at the lynden office where I currently go ? ❤️ I HIGHLY recommend!

I highly recommend Aspire Wellness in Lynden to anyone looking to get healthy and stay healthy. This is the only program I have found (and I’ve tried many) that has helped me to maintain a healthy weight. The accountability via weekly meetings and the seriously delicious food options IP offers make the program easy to follow. Kyra and Jodee at the Lynden clinic are the best - helpful and encouraging!

The protocol is solid, the coaches are super supportive and there every step of the way. I have had the most success with this program but could not do it without the coaches, the in person appointments and the supportive and encouraging environment of the store and FB page. Thank you!
