I recently had about 1,500 sq. ft. of carpet installed by Sloans Flooring in Longview, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. I worked directly with Joe, the owner, who personally came to my home (an hour south of Longview) to take measurements. From the start, Joe made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free.
I initially wouldn’t have thought to look for flooring all the way in Longview, but several friends had raved about Sloans—and now I see why. We went to Sloans for flooring and to renovate two bathrooms. Amber Barber in sales. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. After we decided to move forward Amber kept us informed on the timelines for the products and coordinated the project keeping us informed throughout the whole process. When issues came up with demo and install Amber worked through it with us to insure the final product was to our satisfaction. Their installers are both knowledgeable, friendly and master craftsmen. I would recommend family & friends or anyone to contact Amber at Sloans if they are looking for new flooring or updating their home.
