When my heat system suddenly stopped working, during a winter storm, I became a bit worried and very cold. I called Renaud’s and they were able to send someone out first thing, which I greatly appreciated considering it was such short notice. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue, thoroughly explained his findings and the next steps, and was extremely polite and patient while I battled being on hold with my home warranty company. He did a fantastic job, he even locked my garage side door after he was done which I thought was very kind. My furnace is now up and running again and my house is toasty!

Today (12/27/23) Eric did our annual heat pump/furnace maintenance. As usual Renaud sent us a text (including photo) that he was on his way. He’s a very friendly guy who was patient and explained our system again, tested and calibrated our thermostat, cleared and tested furnace as well as the heat pump.Great service and so friendly!Services: Heating system repair
