Furnace died leaving the house at 55deg. Called Andrea at Carlsons on Monday. Demeri was out to assess the problem that afternoon. We assessed repair vs replacement based on quotes Andrea made available early Tuesday morning. Decided replacement was the way to go. Carlsons crew was on the job Thursday and the new furnace was up and running smoothly by Friday afternoon.
