So, I have to say that I appreciate these guy’s commitment to a positive customer experience. It’s always easy to reach somebody, they communicate very well about arrival times, are great about giving updates on quotes and work processes, and everyone has been friendly every time. They’re ridiculously expensive (like comically expensive), but that’s true for most of Washington state’s tradesmen.
Brandon did a great job clearing a nasty plug up in my bathroom sink. With my old plumbing pipe posing quite the challenge, it was handled quickly and cleanly. Brandon even went into the basement to scope out replacing the pipe run in the future. Great work all around.
