Their messaging system is a big joke!
They have good doctors (and nurses), but don’t ever try to send them a message because messages are intercepted by “your doctor’s team,” who makes idiotic decisions based on whatever instruction manual they are reading since I don’t think they are allowed to look at your patient history record because of HIPAA laws… I’m not sure. (They’ve told me things completely unaware of what my situation was!)
So the instructions they give you are irrelevant, insulting, and dangerous! The “team” told me my being overweight was basically causing my stomach issues… it actually was something else!
My doctor was not even aware i sent him messages!!! Once, the “team” tried to change my medication! My doctor was unaware, of course.
Kaiser is saving money by hiring “wanna-bes” to do the job of fully trained medical professionals.
I’m staying with Kaiser because I’m retired, and I have time to play their games… but if you have a busy life, go with Cedar Sinai or another health provider.

I had a wonderful experience with Kelly, my dental hygienist. She is consistently kind, gentle, and highly professional. Kelly takes the time to explain what she’s doing, makes sure I’m comfortable throughout the cleaning, and creates a calm, reassuring environment. Her attention to detail and genuine care really stand out, and she always makes my visits pleasant. She’s a big reason I feel confident and comfortable coming in for dental care.

Lorie is so sweet and she speaks with care! She is smart and very helpful and I didn't feel like a burden! Thank you for having great employees, I think she is a receptionist.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was using my HRA card for the first time and remembering me from past visits told me I could send in statements to get reimbursements for out of pocket expenses while I hade the account. She printed the statements and I should be able to get about $250 back. I believe her name was either Lorie or Anita. She has white hair and dresses fabulous. Both have helped me in the past and they are friendly and helpful every time.

Kaiser services just went from good to worse! They are supposed to be the crème de la crème of the healthcare industry, but their services are getting really bad. if you are sick and you can’t go out of your house, you should have an option to call or request for an E visit. Unfortunately, none of those are already available because they’re always at capacity. It’s a shame that you pay good premium for your insurance and you get poor service.
You should be better in providing healthcare services. You are already known to treat your employees bad please do not do it for your clients because without us you are going to lose everything. So you guys better step up. Shame.

Lorie has been beyond amazing assisting me with my check-in and outs and answering all of my thousand questions with pleasantry. Super happy everybody I’ve encountered has been nothing but wonderful. My visits are easy painless and quick.
