I emailed Harry at 12:42 a.m. and he responded at 12:56 a.m, so right off the bat, I knew he meant business. His response email asked for many details, all of which were crucial to providing as much detail as possible so he could have an accurate picture of what the situation was.

I wanted to thank Harry Oakes for helping me from afar find my lost dog. I reached out to him and was thinking about hiring him to find our lost dog. We ended up not hiring him because he said I really didn't need him as we had a sighting of our dog. Harry reached out to me through the whole process and asked how I was doing and offered advice. One of the pieces of advice he gave me was to put down a pee trail and I do believe that was key.
