What really stands out about this studio is the emphasis on meditation and breath work. They give ample time in addition to yoga to teach these valuable skills. I’ve done yoga detox and deep stretch. Both very beneficial classes. I have had to ask students at times to be quiet from talking when early comers have arrived to meditate but no big deal. the room is warm, not hot.
All of the instructors at Holos are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, making each class a truly transformative experience. However, what sets this studio apart is the sense of community. Everyone who practices yoga here is friendly and supportive. I have quickly made friends with other regulars. As I continue to practice at this studio, my yoga practice has grown deeper and more fulfilling.
Wonderful yoga studio. The teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable in diverse practices. They take time to support each student and uphold a good atmosphere to learn & practice.
