One of my studio monitors had a partial failure. I wasn’t able to troubleshoot it myself, so I took it here with no prior experience. They were definitely more capable than me, as they quickly found a failure that is unfortunately not repairable. I was impressed by their ability, speed, and the fact that they didn’t charge me. I would not encourage anyone to expect to get away without being charged, but as I learned later, that is part of their guarantee. I felt that their time was worth something as they had the expertise and ability to diagnose this whereas I did not. I would have gladly handed them some money. Thank you!
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! I dropped my ps5 off at 1:15pm picked it up at 2:30pm. They were speedy, showed me what broke, respond time is fantastic and they were great about explaining to me why it broke. 10/10 service. Prices are unbeatable. They even took photos of my Home Screen and showed me all my stuff was there and running. I can’t say enough good things about Hamilton Repair. Thank you guys I adore your team.
