They not only fixed my computer but worked with me on pricing so I could afford to fix my laptop. Being on limited income and this came abruptly meant I had to juggle my finances to afford it. Most places would be rigid on pricing. They also were expedient on time. 90% of the time computer was in shop was waiting for part to be shipped. Laptop works great since getting it back. I highly recommend them and will keep them top of my list should my laptop need service again in the future.
We have received excellent service from Computer Link NW - we are so thankful that they exist! They are always professional, helpful, and efficient when helping us with our computer issues. Good work!!!
My gaming desktop was blue screening constantly with a host of error messages. I took it in, they had it a couple days then told me it was fixed. Took it home and it started crashing again, so I called the next day and Steve answered. I explained the situation, he apologized and asked me to bring it in again with no further charges unless there were parts needed. I did so and they got it fixed (it was Intel's infamous i9 problem in the end). Very pleasant to work with and good with communication. If I have any problems in the future, I'll bring them here.
