Jessie was great! She helped my 5 year old. She listened to the specific requests for his haircut and checked in with me. She spoke to him respectfully, and he was totally at ease in the chair. His haircut turned out great! Thank you!

Absolutely amazing customer service, I got my hair cut there two days ago and I'm in love with my hair cut I've always had trouble with other places cutting it right because my hair is ridiculously thick and needs layers I didn't get the lady's that cut my hairs name but she did Absolutely amazing.

The employees are nice, but the wait times are insane. I had to wait 4 hours to get a hair cut. And the app only works for checking in before the store opens. Otherwise,the wait time gets so high that check ins aren't available. Instead you have to walk in and get on the list. I feel like it demand is this high that the wait times are constantly 2+ hours, you should have every chair open and have people in and out. Just doesn't make sense.
