“Went there today to return some products that were sold to me at a different location and Marissa helped me out above and beyond. She answered every single question I had, was patient through the whole process of helping me find all the right products for my skin tone/type, and really was knowledgeable about the products. Every time I come here it's a good experience, but today Marissa really made my whole experience pleasant and comfortable enough to ask questions I don't normally ask. They traded my products for new ones and I made other purchases that I am extremely pleased with. Definitely would recommend.“

“It might be a bit odd to write a review of a salon I'm NOT using for in-person services, but my amazing phone experience with Color Bar is still worthy of 5-star praise, almost especially so.When I called to find out if they used a purple toner for blonde/gray hair that was different than what is available for non-stylist purchase, they said the products they use ARE available to me as a consumer, they even gave me the name of both purple shampoos they use, and even though I wasn't booking in for a shampoo service, they were as kind and patient and comprehensive in helping me, as if I were.That standard of excellent phone service is rare and greatly appreciated by those of us who prefer to cut and care for our hair at home whenever possible.I ordered one of the salon-used shampoos on Amazon, it arrives tomorrow which is 5 days sooner than the first available salon shampoo appointment - Color Bar helped me help myself, and they deserve every star possible.“
