We had an excellent experience with Entek from beginning to end. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and helped us select the perfect heat pump for our home. Grace managed the scheduling flawlessly, keeping everything on track. The installation team Ivo, Sam, Olin, Tyler and Kraig were prompt, professional, friendly and did outstanding work. We are very pleased with the system and highly recommend Entek to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Kyle A. serviced my 4 mini split a/c units today and also serviced the outdoor unit. He was polite and friendly and worked diligently, explaining all the while the work he was doing. He seemed to enjoy the work, which is rare these days. I have complete confidence in him and wish I could use him every time I need service. The icing on the cake was that he put up with my annoying barking dog (kept in his kennel, of course.)
