I just got off the phone with a gal. I had a few questions about tanning. I’ve been tanning for a few years, but I needed someone to explain a couple things to me and she was so kind and it is always clean when I go in there.
New to spray tans! I expressed that this was for a very important occasion (wedding) and that I was not fully confident in posing and that I needed to watch the video that they offer. The employee brushed the video aside and continued to show me the poses very fast, leaving me feeling even more lost and anxious than before, as I have never done this before. I feel like I expressed my concerns and was shut down and brushed aside. I do not feel like I was heard and taken care of during this experience. I think they staff should be reminded that not everyone is a regular visitor, and would like to feel helped and listened to. Thank you!
