Kimmy is known for her exceptional work, being a perfectionist and nailing difficult designs. She is kind and friendly, and easy-going when clients change their minds. Mimi and Brian are also recognized for their creativity and talent. Many customers have been loyal for years, enjoying the welcoming environment and great customer service. The salon is very accommodating, even for elderly clients and those with specific needs. Wi-Fi access is available for added convenience. Customers are blown away at what they are able to do with their nails, finding the employees friendly and the environment clean and inviting. They have done wedding nails and been absolutely fantastic, treating clients so well and working hard to make specific requests work. Customers often receive endless compliments on their nails.
Update 8/7 - These nails have not lifted once! Shocked how long they are lasting. Bumped my rating to a 4⭐ can’t hate on quality 🤣
Paid $72 for a fill, I just can’t believe how expensive nails are getting. You will be charged more for long nails if you consider these long, prepare yourself. very basic and what I went in with and asking for the same thing just a different color. I should’ve spoken up and said they were too thick, but I didn’t so that’s my own fault for being in a hurry. She was kind enough to get a hold of me and asked me to come back in to fix my nails for Free. That was super nice of her! Establishment...read full review
My daughter treated me to a mani/pedi for my birthday. She was referred to Cindy’s after we had an unpleasant experience at a different place a while ago. Kimy took great care of us! We were walk ins and she made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of! We are both so happy with the care we received and the quality of work we received from Kimy and one of the other technicians that did our pedicures that we will definitely be coming back! Sometimes it’s hard to know who to go to but when you find them, you stay! Excellent quality & service!
Kimmy was fantastic! I've never had my nails done before, had no idea how it works and only a vague idea of what I wanted. She took a design I found on Google and turned it out! So gorgeous. I love it of town, and the next time I drive through I will definitely be making a stop at Cindy's for a gel full set ❤ 💙 💜
