Blanco Construction was recommended to us and we could not be happier with the results. Completed interior painting turned out beautiful (and included redoing outdated knotty-pine trim that needed extra handling). Communication during the process was kept up to date, attention to detail was excellent, and clean-up was thorough. We will be very happy to continue to use Blanco Construction on future home projects.

There isn’t enough space in this review to put down all the ways in which we love, love, LOVE Blanco Construction. When we had the idea of turning our dining room into a library, we met with many contractors, none of whom understood that we wanted more than simple shelves installed. Cesar took the time to meet with us, discuss what our options were (for everything from the lumber choices to the layout), and he really understood the final product we were hoping to get. Cesar and his crews were prompt professional and reasonably priced. I had concrete slab, foundation and approach work done and all was excellent. They framed and set trusses and roofed my project as well. I definitely recommend Cesar Blanco for general contractor as well as individual services.
