Finally got my tub leak fixed after 2 years and three maintenance men later talked my landlord into calling a professional. So glad to not have a leak after every shower. It's been a few months and still not leaking. Thanks affordable construction

I'm having several projects done by Affordable Construction. Everyone I've met and spoken with from the business has been great. They've just completed the first project and I couldn't be happier. They put runners on the floor, cleaned up the sawdust, and even brought their own garbage can for the debris.The job (installing a range hood/vent, which involved drilling through my cabinet above the stove and venting it through the attic) was done professionally and with precision. I was particularly impressed by their willingness to keep me in the loop and explain every step of the procedure--even consulting me about what type of insulation I wanted aroud the duct!
