An ancient filling was failing. Scheduled an hour for replacement. Old amalgam filing painlessly removed and high tech filling installed. Zero pain, bite restored perfectly, tooth looks great, reasonable price for the high level of professionalism. So glad they are my dentist.

Friendly staff. Welcoming clean facility. Dr Gorley is very efficient and hygienist Theresa is the best. She is very thorough and gentle. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Apple Family Dental to anyone.

I have been getting my dental treatment at Apple Family for many many years, and my teeth are the much better for it. I get check-ups and teeth cleaning twice a year and have also had a few crowns placed on teeth that broke due to the poor dentistry practices of my childhood dentist. All the work that I have done has held up great, and no discomfort or pain. It has been my experience that Dr. Gourley takes the extra time and effort to do exceptional work and to get a very well fit "bite" contact on the crowns that she did. And my dental hygienist Teresa has done the same level of quality for my teeth cleaning, and all with a very warm personality and pleasant conversation while working. All of the office staff have been great as well. When the cleaning or other work is done, setting up the next visit and managing the billing is pleasant and efficient.

Dr. Gourley and Staff are top notch. I've been a patient at Apple Family Dental since 2016 and would HIGHLY recommend them. They go out of their way to be friendly. Dr. Gourley is the perfect mixture of being professional but making you feel comfortable and has a great sense of humor too. Going to the dentist isn't something you look forward to typically but it's never something I dread knowing that my experience with the staff is going to be excellent. Thank you SO much for making the experience pleasurable.

It is my fault for not finding another dentist sooner, but I did hope that things would improve...they didn't. It has been six years since my (first) review of this Dental Office (2017). I have since stopped using their services. I "Gladly" gave 5 stars then...and, now I wish could give zero or 1/2 of a star (as a caveat to others), and I do wish this weren't the case. *My opinion and honest review, and I speak as a former patient: Sadly, so many of the long-time employees left to work elsewhere, and I sensed that they were unhappy before leaving...nothing was said, but there was a feeling of tension/unease. There were three occasions where my concerns regarding services in which I was less than pleased, and when I shared my feelings, it was "Spun" to where it was all my fault, or that I am too picky. I was, however, able to get a full refund for a poorly designed dental appliance after illustrating the faults, yet still, there were negative comments made to me--and done in a manner to hopefully suggest the person was joking...but, I got the message! The straw that broke that proverbial camel's back was after they provided me with (what I consider) garbage...and then essentially told me I'd have to live with it until a lab could manufacture one, and to quit complaining. After reading, and then re-reading their comments, I sought and found another dentist. In essence, I will not be spoken to in that tone...and pay them for it, as well! The dentist, Julia, was great...until she wasn't. She was funny and charming...until she wasn't Something changed, she changed...it seemed as if she had lost her easygoing, softer approach and attitude toward the patient. She became like she was on edge, impatient, tense. Whatever it was that happened, it was reflected in her work and interactions. I felt the most recent services provided to me were not close to the prior services I had received. I cannot recommend this dentist, and I sincerely do wish I could...but I feel things have changed there, and not for the better.

Called about a crown that my health insurance won't cover so I would be paying outta pocket and they won't see me souly because of the insurance I have BUT WOULDN'T EVEN BE USING what a way to run a business: Response: I WOULDNT BE USING INSURANCE AT ALL ID BE PAYING CASH

I was a patient at this dentist office . My upper dentures cracked in May, 200.00 plus appointment fee then August they cracked again 200.00 plus 70.00 fee . That lasted six weeks they cracked again . I called them they told me to go else where . The woman dentist has no social skills as she told me we don't work for free , well they don't stand behind there work . They only want money , money . I would not recommend this place to my dog nor would I take my cat there either . They are the worse dental office I ever in countered in my life . Anybody that goes there beware . The dentures should have never cracked in first place . Longview Washington could do better without this bussiness . Flat out disgusting period
