The group of installers that came out to the home worked well together. They came up with a perfect plan to place the ductless air system in my home. They cleaned up their work areas, and left me feeling I had made the right choice. The workers were polite and professional, and walked me through what was happening.

5 stars! Tim was excellent, friendly, thorough, and very good at explaining the situation. I'm passing this off to the landlord, so I don't have any control over the next steps, but I really appreciate the excellent service!
