Great experience with the techs. They were very thorough and communicative. Super friendly. Had them come out for an evaluation of our different problems with rodents and ants. The one really annoying thing is that the technicians don’t know when they will be at your house until the morning of the treatment and they don’t even know specific days. Tried to request that they come during specific date and time windows since my wife and I both work and go to school so that we can let them into the house and be present during the treatment but are told that’s not possible and that the techs don’t know until the day of where they will be that day. Cody did an awesome job of inspecting and explaining what he found. Also went through all our options for treatments available with no pressure. Appreciated his mentorship of new employee he had with him as well ?
Fast and friendly. Had an emergency flea outbreak. They came as fast as possible. The man who came to do the work was super friendly and very knowledgeable about fleas. I would definitely recommend Eradi-pest if you have any bug problems.
