It's no wonder this company has great reviews. From Cole at the office to our tech! Simply amazing. The heat was out at our beach house that is a full time rental, the tech Cody went above and beyond and brought out a space heater the same day that I called to make sure my tenants had heat. The repair was done quickly, communication was excellent.
Beach Bear Property gave me great service! They responded the next day for my hot water heater I had called other plumbing services and was told a week. They called before they came and explained everything to me. Showed me how the new water heater worked, cleaned up everything and took the old tank with them. I couldn't ask for better service. I needed additional work done quickly to a singlewide to eliminate the title. I contacted Cole at Beach Bear on a Friday afternoon, and he had a great crew Josh and David on it that Sat and Sun. They worked hard to get it done by Monday so I could submit my inspection permit. I highly recommend Beach Bear !
